Seeing Words, Reading Images
The Written Art Collection in dialogue with the Deutsche Bank Collection
The exhibition at PalaisPopulaire presents selected works from the Written Art Collection, complemented by works from the Deutsche Bank Collection. The focus is on a contemporary perspective—essentially a "Worldwide Written Art"—which places the global dialogue of current artistic positions at its center: a historical network that reveals the roots and connections of writing in art, and a contemporary network that makes global perspectives and new cultural references visible. Through the works from the Deutsche Bank Collection, the contemporary view is broadened—new dialogues are opened and cultural connections are deepened.
